Still Serving Clients and Doing Our Best to Deliver Peace of Mind

In light of the recent local announcements for Indiana and Marion and surrounding counties, along with the daily information from the CDC, we wanted to share our updated status as of March 18th.

We continue to do all that we can to protect our employees, clients and neighbors.

That now means that most of our employees are now working at home for the foreseeable future.  Any who are choosing to work in the office are keeping their distances by working with their doors closed.  We are using technology for any group meetings. Our infrastructure allows us to receive phone calls and messages and safely share documents, etc. electronically to and from our remote locations.  We are fortunate in that we have a high level of trust and confidence in our team of professionals!

For right now, we have a small team physically in the office for those who need to deliver or pick up documents and get our incoming mail routed to the right person in support of our business continuity plan.  If that changes, we will let you know of our alternative plan to continue to receive and deliver documents.

We have a mail slot on the outside of the building and check that daily, so please use that for dropping off any documents.  We have a secure portal option on our website as well.  Please let us know if you need help with either of these options.

In order to follow the guidance on social distancing, we are choosing to eliminate in person meetings with clients and others when possible.  We are replacing those with video and conference calls and secure sharing of documents.

We are working hard to serve the needs of our clients and monitor legislative actions that may impact your businesses and will share updates as matters change.
