Exciting Firm Announcement

We are excited to announce that James (Jim) B. Wagoner, CPA will become the Managing Partner of Greenwalt CPAs effective January 1, 2022.  Jim is becoming just the 5^th Managing Partner in the firm’s 76 year history and his enthusiastic approach to excellent client service will ensure the continued success of the firm and our clients for generations to come.

Jim grew up in Rochester, Indiana and graduated from Manchester University in 1995.  He joined Greenwalt CPAs in 1997, became a partner in 2005 and has been the Senior Tax Partner.  He and his wife, Tara, are the proud parents of 3 young men – Connor, Carson and Davis.

Anita Weaver Sherman will assist Jim until her retirement in April 2022 after a very rewarding 43 years of practice as a CPA, including 37 with Greenwalt CPAs.
